Jotted down notes for the month of October: Last year my birthday was a big deal. Everyone was there. In retrospect, it was milestone gathering, more like a pre-funeral convocation than a birth celebration. It wasn't like that this year, and that was nice. Dandruff all over the place. I feel like I have only 80% of my lungs, but I only notice it 20% of the time. Nonstop energy for the first time in a year and a half +! It's good to be me again.
